What are the odds I’d walk into a homeless shelter to do service work and find a painting signed with my name and the year that nearly destroyed me? “Ray ’08.” 2008 was the darkest year of my addiction. I was homeless, lost, and nearing the end of my battle with drugs. 17 years into recovery, I find myself standing in a homeless shelter, staring at a reminder of where I once was. Coincidence? Or was the universe reminding me how far I’ve come and why I give back today? ❤️ Nev

Sometimes you just have to walk away from the noise… and let the universe do the talking. 🌊✨ A little peace. A little perspective. A reminder that the best moments don't need a soundtrack. #PeaceOfMind #Mindfulness #PositiveEnergy #InnerPeace

Standing inside RCA Studio B in Nashville, surrounded by music history. 🎹🎙️🎸 This is the piano Elvis Presley recorded “Heartbreak Hotel” on—and one of his favorite pianos to record with. Years later, Dolly Parton wrote “I Will Always Love You” on this very same piano. It’s hard to describe what it feels like to stand here and place your hands on an instrument that helped bring songs to life—songs that changed music forever. For a musician, this is sacred ground. 🎶 #RCAStu

They even gave a shoutout to “Ashes Next Door” and “Slow Motion Fall.” ❤️ What a night. What a journey. Full story at Rock NYC. https://rocknyc.live/a-night-of-well-earned-pride-

🔥 FROM THE ASHES TO THE GRAND OLE OPRY. 🎸 Nashville, here we come. Really grateful to Entertainment World News for sharing the story behind Ashes Next Door and what this journey to the Josie Music Awards means to me. This song came from a very real place — fire, loss, addiction, recovery, and ultimately, survival. On September 20, I’ll be walking into the Grand Ole Opry as a nominee for Song of the Year – Rock Artist. Whatever happens that night, getting here already means
